When you contact Enlighten Up Cafe the first order of business is to schedule a 20 minute phone consultation—a discovery call.

My job on this call is to ask you the right questions and then listen—gaining clarity on what your specific needs are. I want to understand the unique personality of your business, gaining a sense of who you are, what you are looking to achieve, and how Enlighten Up Cafe can provide you with content that will align with your overall marketing strategy.

From there I will put a proposal together itemizing the services I can provide, including fees and publication deadlines.

If the proposal meets your expectations and you are ready to move forward, I will then begin work on your copy.
