My Story

As a writer, my journey has been a diverse tapestry woven with experiences from various roles I’ve undertaken over many decades — entrepreneur, CEO, editor — yet at the core of it all, I’ve remained committed to writing.

It all began in 1977 during an adventurous 4000-mile hitchhiking trip from California to Alaska. Captivated by the unfolding journey, I felt compelled to document every moment, thus marking the inception of my writing odyssey.

Over the span of four decades, writing became more than just a habit; it became a daily therapeutic practice. Eventually, I transitioned into writing for online publications, where my passion found a broader canvas.

In 2015, I took a pivotal step in my writing career by enrolling in AWAI’s flagship copywriting program, followed by mentorship under Nick Usborne through his Web Copywriting 2.0 program. Alongside, I delved into the realms of affiliate marketing, SEO, and online marketing, learning from industry luminaries.

Today, as a content writer, I specialize in what I call the “warm sell” — fostering genuine connections, building trust, and providing valuable insights to solve problems and educate. Through my writing, I aim to establish credibility, positioning businesses as reliable resources within their industries.

To my readers, I offer more than just words; I offer perspective. Whether it’s lessons learned, practical tips for inner growth, book reviews, or wisdom gleaned from ages past, my aim is to awaken and inspire.

The resonance I find with my readers fuels my writing spirit, reminding me of my original purpose — delving into the inner lives of women, sparking conversations that illuminate life’s purpose and sharing stories that resonate with our core beings.

Yet, I understand that not every word will resonate with everyone. As the proprietor of Enlighten Up Cafe, I cater to a niche audience — those aged 50 and above, who have weathered the storms of life, embracing the cycles of becoming, and emerging stronger with each challenge.

My journey with Spiritual Science, particularly Anthroposophy, began during my first Saturn return. Guided by the teachings of Rudolf Steiner and the wisdom of Jan Boss, I embarked on a transformative journey that continues to shape my writing to this day, with Human Biography serving as the cornerstone.
